FAQ's

We work with our customers to determine what the system requirments are and what views that they are trying to achieve along with customizing it to fit into their existing workflows.

Biamp, Shure, Axis certified

This depends on the job difficulty, amount, and scope of work required.

This varies on the scope of the project. An average installation job can take 2-3 days.

Your VALT instance lives on your network environment. We do not and cannot access any data on your system.

We require SSA for the first year of your system.

We provide DSP's above ceilings to provide advanced adio synchronization and echo cancellation.

We provide training after complete installation to all necessary admins and end-users. In the trainings we cover usability features pertaining to your workflows. We also provide additional trainings if required from your dedicated Account Manager.

As HIPAA rules do “not assume the task of certifying software and off-the-shelf products” (p. 8352 of the Final Security Rule) neither do they set criteria for or accredit independent agencies that do HIPAA certifications. We cannot claim "full compliance" only create safeguards with features and system architecture to ensure no unauthorized person gains access to protected data. Read more here.

The VALT server will also need access to the authentication server(s). For LDAP integration using our software, we will also need a bind account and password with read-only access to LDAP.
